By using Million City ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Million City is a 3D virtual city composed of 1,089 purchasable plots. Each plot, once purchased, displays a building representing your brand with a company name, logo, color, and link to your website. The total value of all plots is $1,000,000.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable taxes.
Purchasing a plot grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display your brand on the Million City platform. This is a digital license, not a transfer of real property. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
You may display your company name, logo, description, and website URL. Content must not be illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person or entity.
Million City is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plot.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
